Dimensional Augment System

• Introduced 8 new augments.

Improvements

• Increased Dragon Eye zoom out (by a lot!).
• Prismatic skins now have a small fade to show more of the dragon personality.
• Added an extra description for Paradise Lost mentioning the teal weakpoints.
• Added a muffle music toggle in settings.

Balance changes

• Improved Constellibur now has an internal cooldown for destroying things.

Bugfixes

• Fixed a bug regarding muffled audio not working properly.
• Fixed egg counters being occluded by eggs in some menus.
